Following rigorous structural engineering inspections, all 12 villas have completed external stone cladding, double-glazed architectural fenestration, and solar-hybrid roof installations.

Our specialist finishing teams are now installing imported European porcelain floor slabs, custom hardwood staircases, and integrated designer kitchens across the first phase of residences. Each home is equipped with smart climate and lighting automation, solar water heating, and dedicated backup power.
